Very lovely place. It was my first time in Bolton. Getting to the hotel was really easy. There was no difficulty locating the hotel. Parking in the underground car park was quite straightforward, although the spaces are quite tiny. Check-in was very smooth, despite getting there at about midnight, which was a huge relief. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The elevator works well. The room looks really nice. Well decorated, very tidy. However, that standard bed was the only part I didn't like. I wish it was bigger, but I guess it was what I booked. But every other thing in the room was perfect.
I will definitely pop by the next time I'm in Bolton, but I will go for a bigger bed. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay

Nice room even though the shower room was a little small but clean.
Breakfast was brilliant.
Evening meal was good but not big choice if you have a diet problem though the cheff did make me omelette even though it's not on the menu.

Very friendly staff who really appeared to be interested in helping their guests. Rooms were a good size, breakfast lovely and just a short walk to the local nightlife. Special mention to Alpesh for whom nothing was too much.

All the essentials you need - clean, comfortable room, well staffed, great modern showers. Also incredibly friendly service from the girls in reception and Alpesh who went above and beyond with hospitality - even printing me a guide to trains to Manchester when I mentioned that mine had been cancelled! Left very happy with my choice of hotel in Bolton.

This is our fourth time here for the Bolton International Film Festival and it is always perfect. So central, spotless rooms and the breakfast is gorgeous. Staff here are always tremendous - especially Apesh who was as graceful as a swan during a mad breakfast rush.

Very busy and fully booked... do have to book in advance. Price is on the expensive end. Staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent... have to book it when you check in for the discounted rate. Plenty of paid parking...which should be free to reflect the room prices. Overall I would book again for my next visit.

Although a large hotel chain guests were treated like they were at a high end bead and breakfast. We really received excellent service from the entire team (a quick call out to alpesh who went above and beyond to support us ! ). Thank you team for really contributing to our holiday !

Definitely the best place to stay. As a hotel manager myself, it’s great to see amazing service from the team. Maneesha has gracefully welcomed our company in and we appreciate her efforts. Dipak has gone above and beyond to constantly check in on us which gives us that personal connection. Conference facilities have been fantastic too and conveniently located in the city. They will see me again!

Our trip to Holiday Inn restaurant was so lovely . Food was amazing and you don’t have to break your bank. The staff was lovely especially Alpesh he made our visit so amazing. Definitely recommend

Stayed here last week on the 13/9/24 just for one night and can't fault the place nice big room and very clean the shower was just amazing I didn't what to get out off it hahaha and the breakfast was very nice indeed if I stay in bolton again this is where I will be staying again. Staff very friendly and helpful and welcoming fantastic service

I was here for a one night stay whilst away working and can say it was a very comfortable stay. Room was spacious and clean. Slept very well.

Rooms are huge and have everything you could need- comfy beds, TV, back-up sofa bed and great bathroom. Clean and tidy.

The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good. I’ll be staying regularly for a nearby training. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Particular shoutouts to Dipak and Alpesh who made me feel very welcome.
