Stayed here for 3 months in 2023. Yes I give it 5 star as it's a very nice hotel, theres certainly stuff that annoyed me. Not enough to really affect the rating though.
Rooms look and are laid out identical to a premier inn if you've ever stayed there. Pretty much all the same features of the hotel too, a breakfast and drinks bar. A lounge with a TV. Kind receptionists who were able to cater to my needs. Free WiFi (albeit a few black spots of coverage but was fast enough to play COD with some friends) A few niggles I'll admit but I'd very happily stay here again.

A very comfortable stay. The room was clean with everything you’d need.

Well ... to be honest ... it was some years ago when I stayed in the past ... then it was called "The Moat House" and at THAT time very much better. Now it has gone down a couple of notches!

It was a wonderful day and the bar staff couldn’t do enough for us and the reception lady was lovely. We definitely stay again it’s very nice to stay somewhere where you feel very welcome

Big room, very spacy, and comfortable, good chair/coach, and good table space. Everything was very clean. Good for a quick stay but i could stay longer to be honest.
The bathroom was a bit tight, if you have reduced mobility be aware of this. No AC, there is a space heather but some people don't like it. Get's cold in the morning during the winter. Keep it in mind.

the location, staff and premises were really good.
the entrance to the bathroom was extremely narrow. I am not fat, but 6' tall and 16 stone and I couldn't walk into the bathroom without turning sideways or rattling my hip on either the door handle or the sink... the bonnet of my car parked in the underground car park was covered with pigeon poop when i returned to it. some attempt should be made to eradicated them from roosting
