Acceptable The breakfast was good and made up for the negative aspects of the room comfort. The underground parking was useful and free for guests. The bathroom was tiny the layout meant that you couldn’t use the facilities without bumping into the fixtures and or door! The bed was just a double which seems a little small nowadays but that was stated on the booking. The room was hot and air con didn’t seem to help, so we then had to leave window open throughout day and night and room was still reading 24 even though it was only 16 outside!

Generally a great hotel. The parking underground was tight, lots of posts to have to park next to. A mix up with check in which was resolved. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Restaurant was okay. The gym was very basic and a bit dated but has free weights, a few cardio machines, a bench, cable machine, leg curl and leg extension. Would stay again.

Staff very friendly!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We did not order breakfast there, but family did and said it was not great. Possibly the breakfast being better.

Everything was Amazing :) Staff were great, extremely helpful and friendly. Room was a great size and was extremely comfortable, would definitely stay again :) The car parking situation was a bit confusing and unclear upon arrival - figured it out eventually but the initial was a bit unclear

Stopped here for two nights on our way up and returning from a Scottish Highland CoachTour.

On our first visit by the time we got to the buffet for our evening meal there was virtually nothing left to eat and no-one could organise any more food.
On our return stop a wedding party was taking place and our coach load of travellers appeared to just be a inconvenience to the hotel.
The room and breakfast were acceptable which warranted the 3 stars given.

handy for town very convenient for town centre, had parking available . would benefit from EV charging point - I had to move my car to a nearby NCP to charge car. I suffer with poor sleep, room doors closed very noisily, was disturbed throughout the night. 4th floor room with draughty windows and heating that was switched off between 02:00-05:30 leaving room cold.

Rooms clean and as expected, staff friendly and professional. Food evening meal had a burger and fries burger was dry and overcooked for £15.00 disappointing , breakfast was very good . Bar couldn't get a pint for the first hour on an evening as the lines are been cleaned surely this should be done during tge day not on an evening .
Would use again

Superb Lovely staff The price at £114 per night without breakfast was too high for Bolton.

Good experience. Nice buffet breakfast. Room not visited by housekeeping unless you ask, which isn’t mentioned at check in. COVID staff protection I guess. Central location Room lost water pressure for several hours once.

Absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent. So helpful and professional. My husband and I are both Vegan and there was so much choice plus gluten free bread for breakfast- I couldn’t believe how much thought had been made. Plus I asked were was good for things and reception had all answers. Absolutely brilliant. Well done- and congratulations on having warm friendly staff plus opinions for Vegans and gluten-free- excellent xxxx

Easter break Check in was very welcoming & an upgrade was offered and appreciated. The hotel was very clean throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the chambermaid. Check out was straight forward. One of the staff members in the breakfast room wandered about aimlessly whilst others were busy. There did not seem to be any urgency from her in clearing tables or in general. Very different from our experience in January. On one ocassion we arrived for breakfast and there was only one table available whilst others still had dirty dishes from the previous residents. One staff member was observed "spraying" the tables whilst "clean" cutlery, crockery, napkins, salt & pepper remained on the table.....surley this cannot be appropriate? Bar prices! Large glass of wine £8 plus.

Family night away for University visit The housekeeper on our stay was lovely, we were on floor 4. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, we loved her. Overall the hotel was clean and welcoming. The hotel wasn't busy so very quiet. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing. The car park underneath was tight but actually great. We would have loved to have complimentary drinking water in the room.
