A very comfortable, clean and well decorated hotel, with very friendly staff
Received a very warm welcome on arrival and a very courteous and cheery departure. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food or service.

We arrived late on Friday night and there were a lot of younger people running around and being very noisy - very off putting and my was son very nervous about it, but we were on the fourth floor where everything was peaceful. The rest of the stay was peaceful too.

Very clean and up to date rooms. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Really comfy and spacious bed.
Expensive for a last minute booking. £89 for one night stay with late check in, I checked the price earlier on the same day and a few days before and the price hadn't changed. More discount should be available after usual check in time.

Helpful and supportive staff especially regarding some directions I required. John one of the managers printed off a couple of maps for me. Also fixed my TV which didn't work.

Awesome customer service and treatment from all staff. Front desk were extremely helpful and kind. There was a woman there, not sure of her name but on our second day she really looked after us and upgraded our room and made sure that all was okay. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you for everything.
