Lack of light and TV
Easy to find and clean rooms.
Light bulbs not working in room. TV not working. Sink slow to drain. Requested all to be addressed and none were.

Staff are a little weird. Rooms are good.... Location is great. They don't have docking stations for hybrids or electric so extra effort needed to charge your car somewhere far in order to keep going especially after a long drive.

Great hotel!
Room was excellent, shower was amazing, breakfast was all you could ask for. Plus friendly staff.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Bolton. Stayed here for work so room was comfortable but ha d the facilities to do work on my laptop. Ate in the restaurant where the food was tasty and the staff were friendly. Parking on site helpful being in a city centre.

Very nice hotel, great location pity about the air con.
Brilliant bathroom and excellent breakfast _ nice big bed.
Very noisy air conditioning fan, could not switch it off, kept us awake.

Excellent hotel one of the best
I loved the location and free parking. The room was incredible and more importantly the staff were outstanding. I had a bike accident during ironman, and they really looked after me. I had someone helping me move my bike into the car, the room service was fantastic and they also called me to check to make sure I was ok in the room. When I come back to Bolton I’ll be sure to stay here time and time again! I’ve never felt so welcoming in a hotel right from the start, I had a few enquiries and they discussed these clearly. The room was clean and shower was great. Fresh clean towels and a comfortable bed. I was travelling alone and I felt so safe. It’s the little things that make this place incredible. The smiles, the friendly staff and everyone seemed to enjoy working there. The cleaners saying good morning/afternoon. The attitude the staff had was amazing. I was gutted to leave! Well done everyone and thanks again for a fantastic experience. I wish you all the best. To anyone that visits get yourself a cheesecake you won’t regret it!

for the short stay of 2 days for us it was great being in the centre of town and friendly staff
we just used the room it was very clean and modern .The shower and towels were like new along with soap and shower products the room had a great feel about it and the bed very comfortable
The water pressure was very low and the shower head close to the wall so it was difficult to have a good wash and rinse of the soap

No air con, queue for breakfast. Also as a disabled person the room was too far from the lift.
