Superb Nice basic hotel. It’s a bit weird that no check-in is allowed before 3pm and then at 3pm there is a huge queue of people waiting to checkin. In most other places if rooms are available it’s possible to checkin before the official checkin time to avoid the queues.

Comfortable but expensive Clean, comfortable Cost of parking is unfair, particularly as I have to have the car washed due to pidgeons in underground area

Definitely worth a stay The bedroom was so warm. The breakfast was excellent. So tasty and plenty of choice The underground car park is tight but nothing you can do about that

Happy stay The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. In particular the young man in the breakfast room. He was very efficient and very helpful a credit to your hotel. Lucy on reception was also very helpful and was very happy and smiling The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely stay

Great hotel conveniently situated at the centre of pretty much everything 👌
Wonderful staff and the cleanest, nicest rooms I've stayed in in Bolton.
The beds are SO comfortable!!! 😲
The resteraunt menu could use some work though, that goes for the breakfasts and the dining. Thankfully there are much better places to dine at near by.
Also, the £5 a day charge for the carpark is a BOLD move, nobody is going to be happy about that.
But as I said, it's a good hotel.

decent hotel, relaxing bar seating area.
small but modern rooms with decent furniture/decor.
Very TINY tv's (the picture frame is bigger!) hence the lower room score, but at least there are plugs next to the beds on both sides! (so that's a win)
Small, but nice/modern shower room/toilet but again not much space in the room.
Decent hotel overall, far better than a travel lodge for reference.

Good Breakfast was superb. The disabled room was a long way from the lift exit.

Good but some shortcomings Reception greeting was by far the best I have ever seen. Friendly and attentive, hands were full and the lady offered to hold bags etc. There was a smell near the AC I think, just between bedroom and doorway (by the wardrobe) the smell was sewage like.

Helpful staff The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly and helpful with my questions. We were there for my autistiv son to sit an exam and they helped us get a quiet room and were just right at breakfast when he was suffering anxiety. We also liked that the room was able to be made prophet dark and the beds were comfortable. The TV was a bit small and I hadn't been able to find out before coming that you have a gym. That was a shame because we didn't bring our workout gear.
