A comfortable and convenient hotel with great staff
Very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
Difficult to open window. Vent cover in bathroom had been removed and was sitting on the side behind the toilet.

Stayed over for a wedding at the same venue, perfect and reasonably priced.
Absolutely loved the king sized bed which was extremely comfortable. Could have stayed in bed all day. Extra bonus was a 11 o’clock check up.

The room was clean and a nice size , the bed was really comfortable and the shower was relaxing
There is no aircon and the window in the room was sealed shut therefore no access to fresh air or escape in case of a fire, there was 1 small fan to circulate air

I paid for a king room/king bed. When I turned up, it was two single beds brought together. It made for a very uncomfortable sleep.

Extremely welcoming
I love this hotel, its comfortable, well located and well priced, but it's the staff that make it so enjoyable. They are so attentive and helpful, genuinely want to ensure your stay is as best it can be, always have time for a kind word and a friendly conversation, delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunity. Bathroom was far too small. Holiday Inn bathrooms used to be excellent - this was reasonably equipped with very good shower but so small you had to squeeze round the door to get in. Also no towel rail. It would have been better with less bulky hand basin cabinet- or wider by three feet.

Good location. Room was nice and clean. Comfy bed, choice of pillows.
Hotel a bit old and tired in some parts. . Restaurant not as good as it could have been - we were the only two people in there for dinner on a Saturday night. One meal was good the other terrible, but the staff were lovely, especially Imogen and we weren't charged for the second meal after we told them how bad it was, so that's a good sign.
