5 stars for value.I have been to lots of different spas in various locations. The Last Drop Village is the best for Value for Money.
I have not tried any of the treatments at the Spa so I can not comment on that ,however The Hydro Therapy pool was our favourite as it is open to outdoors, its just a shame that at the moment building work is going on outside the hotel which blocks the view whilst your in the pool..The staff are all very pleasant and the village is very charming.

Great hotel and spa. Nice little village. Breakfast was great.
The room was very cleaned and well maintained, with some coffees and teas provided.
Hair dryer, iron and safe all included in the room.
Staff were friendly and of course, the spa itself is amazing to chill out and recharge the batteries.

we got an offer on Black Friday which was £89 for an overnight stay, access to the spa, 2 course meal, bottle of wine and breakfast. We paid an additional £20 to upgrade to an executive room then on the day another £20 for the suite, so for the price it was a very good deal, however considering we upgraded twice to get the best room available, it was disappointing - run down and out dated. The ‘king size bed’ was in fact 2 singles pushed together and very uncomfortable. The spa was also run down and not as impressive as many others we have been to before by any means. The food in the evening and for breakfast was really nice and staff were great servers. We ended up having a 3 course meal and paying for the dessert but there were no prices on the menu, and when the bill came my ice cream was £7.50! It was literally 2 scoops of ice cream with a squirt of cream on top! Very over priced!
Overall, as I said for the price with everything that was included we can’t really complain too much, but for a place with such a good reputation we expected a little more from the rooms and spa. Glad we tried it and a nice night away, but wouldnt return and definitely would never pay full price.

Not happy that 3 dogs were allowed in one hotel bedroom. Walking round the hotel village there was clearly evidence that dogs were on sight. I understand that this is a pet friendly hotel but people need to clean up after their dogs.

Good location, great staff but needs a revamp Great location - amazing view Professional, courteous and personable staff - a real commendation! Smart, modern reception area; Good birdwatching - the grounds have old trees that the birds love Breakfast bacon & sausage were tasty. Very sales focused foyer, including a gallery of other large scale holiday resorts that the parent company own across the world, and 4 'fake' shopping windows that contain toys, games and accessories aimed at families. These combine to offer an experience similar to that on Ryanair - spend more more with us! Decor: The modern foyer & lobby showed up the age and dated character of older parts of the hotel, such as hallways and corridors to rooms, in the wrong way. Room: The heating was pumping through all night, resulting in one of us getting up at 3am and having to open the window to cool off. Perhaps some differentiated heating or thermostat control? The bathroom was turned into a sauna with it! Mattress was very very bouncy - maybe this works for some people but it didn't work for us because the heating was so oppressive and we sweated and sank into our very bouncy mattresses. Breakfast was comprehensive but with a number of flat, underwhelming elements: Scrambled egg had no flavour - perhaps a little salt or fresher eggs? Mushrooms - while they were fresh, they may have been cooked in a rush as they tasted like wood - also without salt. Multigrain bread - still doughy, not fully baked. MASSIVE TV DOMINATING THE WHOLE BAR AREA WITH FOOTBALL! £7.60 for a single Hendricks & Fever Tree tonic - not very good value for money.

Every year I stay at the hotel for the 3 night Christmas break package - I so enjoyed my stay. The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly. It is a great stay for a break and you can go for walks near the hotel. I heartily recommend this hotel.

We were both quite happy with our stay here, with lovely staff from checking in to bar and dining and brilliant spa facilities. The only 1 thing was that we got sent a menu prior to arrival but when it actually came to dining the menu was different from the 1 we got sent, so maybe a bit of unorganosation but despite this the meals where still nice and the overall stay very pleasant. We do hope to return in the near future. :)

Bought as a gift for my Hubby. We both had a wonderful time. Very comfortable beds. Clean and tidy rooms. Excellent value for money. Food was tasty. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of variety. Hydrotherapy area is wonderful, the only slight let down is that it looks out onto the carpark. Could also do with a local pub with music in the evening. Overall a brilliant stay and will return in the future

Had a fantastic stay here the rooms were immaculate and all needs were catered for at the last drop. The staff at the night venue were faultless, our empty glasses and plates taken with a smile even though they were working on NYE! Faye and Anaiya in the Harmony Suite were so busy but managed to keep the room tidy and free from empty's, always smiling and managed the rowdy room very well. Thank you so much xx

Shannon&Matthews wedding.
I had my wedding here on Saturday the 7th of December 2019 and can not fault it at all. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and comfy. The staff at this hotel are wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. I would like to say a very special thank you to Jacqueline the wedding planner at this hotel. My wedding was perfect and the biggest reason for this was you. Nothing was ever a problem and you made everything I wanted possible. Me and Matthew cannot thank you enough for the last 12 months planning our big day and giving us the day of our dreams. If anybody is thinking of having a wedding here do it! Jacqueline and the staff are amazing. I will definitely be back very soon. Xxx

The hotel room was very good. It's top notch, the sleeping, and the shower area are also fantastic. The food and drink in the main restaurant is just top notch it's absolutely brilliant. Rib eye steak medium rare, chips mushrooms perfect. The Wife had roast beef and a great big Yorkshire pudding perfect. Did I like it yes. The staff in the restaurant were Brilliant very polite, nothing to much trouble. The atmosphere was very good.

Visited the spa just to use the facilities and they are superb. The attending staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel is very nice as well in beautiful grounds ( the view being slightly obscured by the building site right next door now.) My only slight concern was that like a gym I've been to before, the spa showers were a little grotty, and the paint work probably hasn't been done with anti fungal paint or bathroom paint, so it's got a dirty look to it. There isn't a lot of it though and it didn't spoil the experience really. The highlight was the very affordable cost! We will be coming again.

Absolutely Beautiful setting in breath taking scenery. Food & Service was second to none. The actual layout of the village is amazing & very quaint even has a small pub and a couple if gift shops. The Conference Suite is excellent and superbly run. The staff were excellent. Could not fault any part it the place.

Just returned from a great weekend. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Food and service was excellent. Room spotless and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa and the treatments we had. Kamran who works on reception in the spa was incredibly helpful. I have limited mobility and he was very helpful and thoughtful helping me both days. Can't wait to return. Thanks to all the staff for a great weekend!

Beautiful place. Stayed Sunday and Monday for husbands 50th and had amazing time. Spa area is lush and thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. Breakfast and evening meal were 1st class but drinks a little expensive. The little village is picturesque and enjoyed lovely little walk round.
Only downside was most shops not open and The Drop Inn only open weekends so limited you restaurant and bar food.

We had the wowcher deal which included a spa treatment and full use of the spa facilities, a two course meal with a glass of prosecco, a stay in the hotel and breakfast in the morning. The spa was fantastic! My favorite was the heated pool which had seats in it at the sides and the steam room was a treat also. The treatment we had was a massage which was amazing and very relaxing. After another dip in the pool we headed back to our room which was a good size and very clean, shower was fantastic very powerful, always good! Food was amazing and service was great, very friendly staff and happy to help with anything you need. Breakfast was also great, with tea and coffee brought to your table, a hot buffet and continental breakfast to choose from. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely go back again!

Very nice place beds were decently comfy but still fell asleep instantly. Food was good quality and filling. With everyone being drunk the atmosphere was brilliant and everyone was uo on the dance floor. Staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. Overall brilliant.

Food was ok although the afternoon tea for two of us didn't really have a 'vegetarian' option as asked for and agreed......6 meat sandwiches and 2 cheese brought to the table.....my query fell on deaf ears unfortunately. Took a long time to get served and then gentle reminders were needed for 'extras' such as jam and butter for the scones.....all first world issues I know but put a downer on what was an otherwise pleasant lunch for a group of 5.

Brilliant place. Would recommend.
Has been 3 years ago and it was bit more cosy. Had more character to it. Loved piano witch is gone. Replacement with Smith new, original would be a better move.
Everything was superb room, people, spa facilities. And food is gorgeous. Last time.e desserts were served in very high brow level witch was amazing like cherry on top of the kake. This time was plane white bawl. Still all food including desert was worth travelling for ;)
