Stayed here with the wife yet again as it really is our getaway from the rat race. Booked a night and at the last minute we had to cancel due to a poorly baby we were truly gutted however when we let the hotel know they were great and let us move our stay to a different night. The rearranged stay was outstanding as always great room with excellent customer service by all staff members. The food was delightful and the spa great to recharge our batteries. We gave recommended the last drop to family and friends who all have started to use the hotel and lobe it.

Fancied something a bit different for Christmas this year, so thought I'd have a spa break. I've stayed at the Last Drop twice before and loved it.

Can't say what the treatments are like, I just go for the pool, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi and of course the outdoor heated infinity pool! As it's available to the public, there's a changing room with showers and lockers (you'll need a £1 coin), and you're given a towel on the way in. There are tables and chairs and a couple of loungers around the pool. Through the door into the spa area is for over 16s only and has another 10 or so loungers.

I've stayed in both the main hotel and the courtyard brooms, and really liked both. The main hotel room was very traditional, right down to the creaky floorboards (sorry, people downstairs!) and the courtyard rooms are a more modern style. The room this time was spacious with a really comfy double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, wall-mounted TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean, with a fabulous waterfall shower.

The hotel staff were brilliant, everyone worked really hard to make sure guests could just relax, which was much appreciated.

I'll definitely be back!

The rooms here are lovely,12 of us came to visit just after Christmas. However as we all sat down to an evening meal the food was not enjoyable and cold, and the service was slow, and we went through 2 courses without any drinks. The steak was not cooked properly up to standard and the orders were taken wrong, so all of the meals were mixed up, and for the price paid and supplement included we expected a bit more than cold food and undercooked steaks. Some of the deserts were forgotten and the staff were not engaging or friendly. Nice stay but overly disappointed with the restaurant.

Had another fantastic Zumba Christmas Party at the Last Drop on 1st December. This was made extra special though due to Jane and Niamh who worked amazingly hard all night and are an absolute credit to the hotel. Thank you ladies x

Fantastic reception team both in the hotel and spa, very helpful and welcoming, from booking to leaving. Brilliant treatment I wish I could remember who I received my massage from although I feel the the treatment rooms and spa area need updating or at least painted. Our room was old and tired but immaculate and very comfortable. The staff at this hotel are fantastic and really made our stay, the reception area and surroundings are beautiful.
Chef Gareth was outstanding! And went the extra mile to accommodate us being vegan he is an asset to your company.
