I went to Lexus Bolton for a very last minute viewing of a company car. I was greeted by Greg from the Fleet team who provided nothing short of exceptional service. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and polite! As a young woman sometimes car showrooms are intimidating and the service not always pleasant. However on this occasion I was very impressed with the admirable service received. What a credit to the Lexus Fleet team - Thanks for your help Greg excited for my new car!

RRG Lexus Bolton have turned it up to 11 for me when it comes to customer care. I initially phoned up to inquire about one of their cars in stock when I was introduced to Alex who very patiently and professionally took me through the whole process of becoming a Lexus car owner. We had arranged for the car to be ready for collection on my birthday the week later. Upon my arrival I was invited to their "Reveal Room" to be greeted by a very well detailed vehicle dressed up in decorations, a bottle of wine as well as a perosnal card signed by all members of staff.
Cannot thank everyone enough, especially Alex Fairclough who has definitely made this birthday one to remember!

This week i purchased the new Lexus Rx 450h from Lexus Bolton. The sales consultant "johny Lexus " was simply superb. He was patient, professional understanding and a complete pleasure to deal with.I cannot speak highly enough of his knowledge and tact whilst the handover was equally as memorable. A big thank you johny . The cars a dream. LC next time.

I just purchased my first Lexus and Lexus Bolton were brilliant. Paul Battersby looked after me through the whole process, from swiftly sending a detailed video of the car, arranging a test drive, coming to an arrangement with a great deal against my old car and presenting me with the car on the handover day. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul and Lexus. Also Natalie was brilliant taking me through the Warranty and service plan. I will definitely be using them again!

Paul Servant gave me a fantastic intro to the Lexus brand and took me on a test drive. He could answer every one of my questions and provided an extremely high standard of professional etiquette and general charisma during our chat. I was also impressed by the lady on reception who was equally enthusiastic, welcoming, and accommodating. I was not expecting this at all, as I have not been in a Lexus showroom before. Paul Servant and the receptionist represented Lexus extremely well to the extent that it would definitely influence a buying decision positively.

I've been Lexus Bolton customer for several years now. My experience is fantastic! From ordering the car (and getting a brilliant deal) right through regular services everything is spot on. There you see the true meaning of words that people make the greatest value in business. Robert from sales is the top man - always kind, always polite, very knowledgeable and competent, you can find out everything about any Lexus model from him, but also about the history of Bolton and major events in the town! Amazing! And the lovely ladies at the reception and the service desk are just angels! Thank you for looking after me in such a nice way!

Good customer service but they mostly do hybrid cars in my price range so not cost effective. To have a hybrid that only does around 50 mpg and needs serviced every 10k which would cost me around £800(i regularly do 30k a year) a year in servicing. Against a diesel car that does the same mpg or higher on the motorway but only needs servicing every 20k. But please look into it yourself

Never anyone's favourite pastime to fork out for an expensive repair/service but the quailty of service can't be faulted. Gail and Helen were exceptional in keeping me informed on the progress of fault diagnosis and repair work. At least there are no shocks when you collect the vehicle as the repair cost is clear before work is started.

We bought a pre-owned Lexus from Lexus Bolton in March 2018, and took it on Friday 22nd March 2019 for its MOT and service. We were greeted warmly at Reception, and then Gail dealt with us very efficiently. We were given a coffee, and then Joe gave us a lift into Bolton, where we had a lovely walk round and lunch. Gail rang to inform us of the work that needed doing, which we agreed to, and in the early afternoon, we had another call to say the car was ready. We were picked up, and taken back to Lexus, where a full explanation and costings of the work were explained to my husband. We had another coffee, and then the car was brought to us, after being fully valeted and looked gleaming! All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient, and we're delighted with the service they gave to us. Well done Lexus Bolton!
