Good customer service but they mostly do hybrid cars in my price range so not cost effective. To have a hybrid that only does around 50 mpg and needs serviced every 10k which would cost me around ÂŁ800(i regularly do 30k a year) a year in servicing. Against a diesel car that does the same mpg or higher on the motorway but only needs servicing every 20k. But please look into it yourself

Never anyone's favourite pastime to fork out for an expensive repair/service but the quailty of service can't be faulted. Gail and Helen were exceptional in keeping me informed on the progress of fault diagnosis and repair work. At least there are no shocks when you collect the vehicle as the repair cost is clear before work is started.

We bought a pre-owned Lexus from Lexus Bolton in March 2018, and took it on Friday 22nd March 2019 for its MOT and service. We were greeted warmly at Reception, and then Gail dealt with us very efficiently. We were given a coffee, and then Joe gave us a lift into Bolton, where we had a lovely walk round and lunch. Gail rang to inform us of the work that needed doing, which we agreed to, and in the early afternoon, we had another call to say the car was ready. We were picked up, and taken back to Lexus, where a full explanation and costings of the work were explained to my husband. We had another coffee, and then the car was brought to us, after being fully valeted and looked gleaming! All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient, and we're delighted with the service they gave to us. Well done Lexus Bolton!

It seems that the philosophy of Lexus involves not only producing a product of high quality but also having staff who treat customers with courtesy, friendship and kindness. This is certainly true of Lexus Bolton. On the 4 occasions i have been there, while awaiting completion of my car service or MOT, I was treated as a friend and supplied with coffee and good humour. I wish to make special mention this afternoon of Johnny Lexus, Fran, Helen & Gaile.

I just bought a new NX300H vehicle and I received an excellent, friendly and hospitable service. Special mention and commendation must go to Sales Rep, John Farringdon, for his impressive sales and after-sales service and his attention to detail. My new Rx450 has just had it’s first service. I have had 2 previous Lexus and always dealt with Bolton. As usual, the ease of booking; warm welcome; and overall experience, was excellent and have recommended to family and friends. Genuinely worth the 5 stars.
