Never disappointed by our visits to the Octagon, this company will showcase new productions and present classic plays with equal measure.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, clearly theatre is their passion and their enthusiasm is infectious. I like the way you can take your tipple into the auditorium, thanks to the plastic glasses provided at the bar. The same receptacles are supplied for sweets to be shared without rustling plastic annoyance!

Went as part of the Bolton Food and Drink Festival experience with my children so not for its primary purpose of being a theatre. However, the theatre will be undergoing some major renovations soon which, in my opinion, are much needed as the furniture looked very dated and not in a particularly good state. Drinks are also expensive here. Hopefully will be back once the renovations have been completed to watch some of the fantastic productions on here.

A Really good producing theatre, of Modern design. I have seen many Excellent productions. The restaurant is well worth a visit, it offers some tasty treats which are freshly prepared. Remember to pay for your car parking at the theatre!

There are 2 wheelchair spaces up in the gallery. Which means you looking down with a great view and not up from the floor.
