Love this gym, its my happy place . Its clean , the members are friendly , the equipment is mostly accessible when I go . The PTS are the friendliest PTs that have been here since I joined , they are approachable and their classes are great and a good starting point when first joining the gym as the staff will help with form and advice . 👍

Excellent trainers and fantastic service. Gym clean with plenty of equipments. I came after 18months of cancer treatment and I was helped to get me back on my feet with strength training. Highly recommend the classes. Big shout out to Sam, Dan, Ayesha, Michael, James a few names to mention. Price is very affordable during this uncertain times for people like me who value health and fitness.

The gym has jus had a refresh it’s always in top condition very clean the staff are always cleaning and tidying they are friendly I’ve been to other gyms as a free trial an this one is by far the best even the air con is the best of all gyms - I really enjoy coming to the gym the atmosphere is great everyone doing their own thing. Only thing I would say is the coloured bar weights need to be put back upstairs for us females wanting to do hip thrusts pls and closing to do refresh’s are they needed can they do this at night rather than closing the gym pls thanks

Busy of an evening with lots of younger gym goers due to the cheap price. Some gym equipment outdated. By far the best gym I’ve been to for free weights/machine variety.

Friendly and welcoming gym with a great mix of ages and abilities making it a comfortable place to work out and connect with likeminded people.
I would like to give a shout out to Michael Bagguley who is extremely professional and his classes are enjoyable whilst still being challenging. He is great to watch for tips on technique. He is motivational and always supportive.
