Pleasant, spacious, high cealing, bright place. Can get busy at peak times, but what gym doesnt. Can improve my score if they restock atachments for cable machines, particularly the popular straight bar which is a bit of a strugle to find most of the time[ idealy with roll bearing handles]. A Calve machine Would be nice to have as it usualy requires a lot of weight on the extendable machines to get a decent work out. Special mention to friendly staff James who walks around helping people. On my last visit he help me set up more weight discs during my deadlift rest.

Huge car park, massive range of various gym machines and facilities, and 24/7 . It's a shame there's no swimming pool.

Really clean gym with plenty of machines available and for the price you get a lot. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. In times of economic pressure the gym is offering an affordable way to keep fit. Only issue is the air con - as it does get hot in there during busier periods.

What an amazing gym. The first day I started staff have been amazing and friendly. Not a long a go I ruptured my achilles and always had amazing support and advice from all staff members especially Mike!

I have been a member of The Gym Group Bolton for quite a few years now, approx. 6/7years. I find that it is always clean and tidy. The staff are always approachable and friendly/polite and always happy to help with anything.
I have personal training sessions with John twice a week, whom I have been with for just over 2years. John is very knowledgeable in what he does and the results speak for themselves 😁
