BYPHS has helped large numbers of young people with serious problems over the years and is continuing to help even more, with the recently established Night Shelter and a new Front Door Project to come. Most homeless people have multiple problems, including education difficulties, mental health problems and sometimes addictions and criminal behaviour. BYPHS staff are very able at meeting all challenges and have good relations with other agencies and organisations for appropriate referrals. The staff are very professional but also very caring and good at communicating with the young people. the organisation is innovative and reliable, building on past successes but very open to finding better ways of helping those in need. Managers are very effective at motivating staff, maintaining efficient systems and bringing in funds
