I contacted Booth Heating following a recommend from a friend. As the job wasn't urgent we agreed a date in March. However, following the very cold snap in February I was dubious that anyone would turn up as I realised they would be extremely busy with burst pipes, etc., but my fears were unfounded and Andy appeared as arranged!!
