Excellent service provided by Roy, (hard wire installation of dash cam). Roy turned up on time as arranged (called 20 mins beforehand to say he was on his way) and installed my dash cam, very pleased with the work carried out especially now all the wires are hidden out of view. Initially my dash cam would not turn on and I thought I was going to have to purchase a new one, after some testing / investigation by Roy he identified and rectifies the fault which was a loose connection with the camera docking mechanism. Roy used one of the new dash cams he had with him that he sells/installs to investigate the issue, Kudos to Roy as I was ready to purchase a new cam form him as I was convinced mine was shot. Roy could very easily have sold me a new dash cam and not bothered to try and find out if he could fix mine and easily have told me it was shot but credit to him he identified the issue and got my old dash cam working which subsequently ended up with him missing out on a sale. i It is refreshing to come across a tradesman who puts his customers first and is not all about making as much money as possible out of them, Thank you Roy. Highly recommended, friendly, courteous and professional service.
