Pass It On Africa (formerly Passing It On) is a Brighton-based charity working tirelessly to build schools and support education in some of the poorest parts of Africa. Pass It On Africa is a registered charity in the UK and Wales, Registered charity number 1112250.
They achieve their aim through fund-raising events in the UK, including the flagship superhero-themed races, the HEROES RUN.
They pass on as much of the money raised as possible, as grants to education projects in Africa, usually through locally run Non-Governmental Organisations. Visit the Pass It On Africa website here.
Brighton Heroes and Villains Run 2016
The 12th Brighton Heroes Run will take place on Sunday 15 May 2016. More than a race the Heroes Run is a unique opportunity for families and friends to come together, dress up as their favourite Hero and run.

Once more there are 4 challenges at the 2016 event:

Starting and finishing on Hove Lawns the runs all emphasise the element of fun over racing and prizes are on hand for best costumes in all categories.

Fundraising for Pass It On Africa
We rely heavily on runners fundraising to support our projects in Africa. Your entry fee covers all the event costs and annual running costs of the charity.
We are challenging every runner to collect £20 sponsorship before the big day in May.
If we can achieve this then together we would raise over £20,000 for Pass It On Africa! 100% of this will go straight to our projects, straight away.
