I bought a Scotch for my husband’s wedding anniversary gift from them online. They were able to ship to the States which was awesome since I couldn’t find the Scotch in the US. Carlos and his team are amazing! Even though I’ve never been to store in person, Carlos was super helpful answering my questions. I talked to Liam as well since I needed the tracking for my item. They put so much care into packaging the Scotch. I’ve bought a ton of alcohol online before and I’ve never seen this kind of attention to detail. They really made sure it wouldn’t break on the way over here. They also wrapped it in gift wrap which was such a nice touch. Overall, such a great experience ordering from them online. I bet it’s even better in person!
I bought wines from Brunswick Fine Wines & Spirits shop in Brighton whilst visiting the city and subsequently used their online shop for wine delivery to my home in Yorkshire. The service has been excellent on both occasions. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and the quality of the wines I’ve had so far have been delicious and fairly priced.
