Based in Brighton, Real Patisserie is a collection of four independently run patisserie and bakery shops offering delicious, freshly baked artisan breads, cakes and French patisseries.

Run by highly skilled patissiers, bakers and savoury chefs, each shop has its own special character and an open view kitchen so that customers can see how food is prepared. Real Patisserie shops are to be found in Kemp Town, Trafalgar Street, Western Road and Shoreham By Sea.

Real Patisserie also provide food for parties, lunches, weddings, and business functions.

Real Patisserie in Kemp Town is open Monday to Saturday 7am to 5:30pm and is very popular with the local community and those passing through.

Bakery and Patisserie

Real Patisserie supply traditional artisan breads, mouth-watering cakes, patisserie and savoury to walk in customers as well as for functions and events.

Breads

Specialising in traditional artisan breads, you can purchase anything from French Wheat Bread and Rustic Sungrain to Baguettes, Ciabatta and Foccacia.  All breads are baked in a dry stone decked oven and boast full flavour, moist texture and excellent keeping qualities.

Cakes and Tarts

When you enter Real Patisserie the cakes and tarts on display will truly tempt your taste buds.  Baked daily you will be mesmerised by their freshly baked tarts, petit fours, mini tarts and much more.

Patisserie and Vienoisserie

Make freshly baked croissants and Danish pastries the order of your day, each one made using fabulous ingredients and delicious fresh fruit.

Savoury
