The Circle is by far the most professional, well equipt studio I've found in Brighton and Hove. Its also the most friendly centre I've been a member of. I really love it here and I simply cannot get enough of the place :)

I absolutely love coming to Circle Studios for a good work out. Everyone is so so friendly and upbeat and my spirit always feels so lifted when I leave. I love trying new things and Circle Studios has given me that very opportunity to push myself and try Circus Skills and Bounce. The decor has been greatly designed and I always feel comfortable and a sense of belonging. The class teachers are enthusiastic and know how far to push you when working out and therefore get the best out of me. I certainly sweat out the toxins. I have so much more energy now having committed to regular workouts. I think I get so much for the price. Great value all round. I have recommended my friend and she has now got the bug. I feel confident to recommend Circle to all my friends. The staff here are amazing. Thank you for making a difference to my life. x

I cannot speak highly enough about this gym! The classes are fabulous and taught by knowledgeable, professional, fun staff. There is plenty of choice and I was always able to book something daily even in the traditional new year hectic period. There is a good cross section of exercise choices, from weight training, dancing, spin, circuits through to several different types of yoga. (Give yourself a treat and try Yin yoga!) Something for everyone and very good value too. I also liked the fact that it is clean throughout, and the reception staff were friendly.
