Historic Saltdean Lido Pool has now reopened
We are restoring and renovating Saltdean Lido for future generations.
Saltdean Lido is one of the finest remaining examples of modernist lidos in the UK. It has been saved by local residents who have set up the CIC and successfully secured a 60-year lease from Brighton & Hove City Council (the freeholders) to operate the lido site.
Our vision is to bring the building, swimming pool and grounds back into use for local residents and visitors by creating a range of all-year round vibrant amenities.
Saltdean Lido is brought to you by Saltdean CIC powered by Fusion Leisure, a highly experienced sports and leisure organisation. As a registered charity, Fusion reinvests to improve and develop what´s on offer in your community.
We open on 17 June and will open every weekend until the 8th July when we will then be open daily until 17 September.
