Northbourne Medical Centre in Shoreham-By-Sea is a General Medical Services (GMS) training practice delivering national priorities in healthcare by a team of six doctors and a large well motivated team. The practice covers an area from the East of Lancing, through Shoreham to Southwick, we are currently accepting NHS patients. We welcome patients ideas and comments and would be pleased to hear from you if you have any problems or ideas for improvement. NHS service.
