I love the friendly staff, wide variety of classes and the uniqueness of their class range. I've been skiing Aerial yoga for a year and this week tried circus skills for the first time, as far as inn away they are the only studio offering such classes alongside the cardio sessions that I love. Especially for such a reasonable price! Brilliant!

Best spinning (indoor cycling) studio in the city and good teachers. Vibe cycle spinning available several times a week is gerat. Great mix of classes. Welcoming for all - even middle aged women!
