Great experience for my first time using Fortis. Very helpful on the initial call and great communication over WhatsApp from Pam to arrange the visit to complete the works, which were all done quickly and professionally. Took a week or so for the invoice to arrive to make payment but cost was very reasonable and online payment very easy. Will definitely come back in the future. Thanks

Fortis have just replaced our front and back doors along with six windows, we are delighted with the results. Their service has been excellent throughout the process. Graham completed the survey and Ste, Danny and Charlie fitted the windows and doors. The work was completed to a high standard and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. They respected our property and cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommended.

Used them again for replacing my patio windows following an attempted break in. They were quick to respond and offered quotes for upgraded glass and considered other options but in the end they recommended a solution which was fast, efficient and provided an ideal upgrade to improve security. There was no pressure or upselling just good sound advice at a reasonable price.
The fitters did a great job very quick, neat and tidy. They took away the boarding cleaned and hovered all the glass bits away. Highly recommend them.

So we decided that it was time to replace all of the windows at the rear of our house AND a new kitchen door. We had a few quotes and we decided to go with Fortis. Fortis provided a truely professional service and we are well pleased with what has been provided.

Excellent service received from Fortis. They assessed the issue with our patio doors and locks, offering the possibility of servicing and adjusting them. Their advice was honest (no attempt to suggest the unit needed replacing) and realistic, the price charged very reasonable. After a recent burglary, we contacted Fortis to come and quote for a new door.
They turned up straight away, polite and professional. We ordered our door after being sent options and different prices which we appreciated, other companies gave us a time frame of 4-5 weeks. Fortis turned it around in less than 2 weeks and we are so happy with our new ROCK stable door. Thanks again guys!

We had a new window installed by Fortis a few months ago to resolve a leak issue that we had from a window that was installed by a ‘cowboy’ window fitter.
Fortis responded to my enquiries immediately, and their attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to fix the issues for us, not just by installing the window but by making sure that no water at all could penetrate through any gaps.
We can’t thank Fortis enough for their work, and we have not had any leak issues since.

Fantastic service from start to finish. There were a few minor issues (more supplier than Fortis) but they went above and beyond to rectify them until we were 100% happy. Friendly lads and work was carried out to high standard. I absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough and will be calling them again for any future work we have done.

We had two new doors and biofolds done by this company after an awful experience and left in a right mess with a builder. They got us sorted super quick so we was water tight and everything is fitted they look beautiful I am so happy with them and brilliant quality. Lovely friendly service too. Would highly recommend.
