At Little Holcombe Nursery there is no expense spared on quality equipment and healthy homemade meals. Being a mother to five children and previously working as a nursery supervisor, you become very choosy when finding childcare. I knew the minute I walked through the door at Little Holcombe that it was the one for us. The most friendly staff and clean, homely setting for children.

The nursery always has a homely feel and all staff are friendly and welcoming, especially to new starters. All staff are trained to a high standard, in order to provide and caring and stimulating environment for each child. Exceptional nursery like no other!

Before sending Sophia to nursery we visited many to assess them prior to making a decision. Without hesitation, I can say that Little Holcombe stood out from the rest, primarily for us it was the atmosphere and quality of staff. The nursery is also quite intimate and small which I think helped Sophia settle in.

I could sum it up in one word - ethos. Every accolade that could be laid upon a nursery has been earned by Little Holcombe. As a parent, leaving your child is the hardest thing in the world to do. Leaving my daughter at Little Holcombe is made just that little bit easier because I have 100% faith in their standards. They are welcoming, accommodating, flexible, consistent, attentive and caring.

I wish I went to nursery - and I wish it was Little Holcombe! I could spend hours there being a little busy body like all the children! They're all at work playing and having fun, learning and creating. It's an amazing place to grow up.

My daughter is very happy going to nursery and I am more than happy sending her. The nursery is always very welcoming and the staff are true professionals. I always feel at ease leaving my daughter in their capable hands. In fact, I have had a recent opportunity to save on nursery fees but I would prefer my daughter to continue to attend Little Holcombe. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to anyone.

My child has continued to gain confidence in all aspects of her development but especially with her language and inquisitive nature, which I feel nursery has contributed greatly to. The nursery puts great emphasis on developing each child's needs and covering all aspects of knowledge within the activities I've seen.

Little Holcombe Nursery provides excellent care for my child - doing activities, playing, visits, arts, crafts and lots of cuddles. In return, my child really cares for all the staff that look after her, this means the world to me. She feels loved and secure and as a result is a very happy little girl.

From my initial visit to Little Holcombe I have been nothing but impressed. It has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere with all the staff so approachable. My daughter is so happy and gains so much from being there. The EYFS is implemented very well and parents are kept informed with their open door policy. I have no hesitation in recommending Little Holcombe

A happy, welcoming place which my daughter loves! The staff love and care for all the children and make every day varied and fun. Whether playing inside or outside the children are encouraged to be creative and their development unquestionably benefits. When I drop Lily off in a morning I can relax knowing she is happy, well cared for, eating lovely healthy varied foods and doing enjoyable activities.

While no parent is "happy" to be apart from their child five days a week, as a full time working mother my mind is at rest when I leave my son at nursery each day. He is safe, cared for and most importantly, happy at Little Holcombe. Each day he is able to play with his favourite toys as well as experiencing a whole host of new things. I could not ask for more!

I believe Jessica receives the best care and education at Little Holcombe. The staff are all lovely, kind and considerate. They cater for all Jessica's needs. My son ages 11 years attended this nursery and when I first went with Jess, I was greeted and remembered by the same staff. My son has never forgotten his early years here.

Oliver thoroughly enjoys his time at Little Holcombe, he has made solid relationships with staff and other children. To see the excitement and happiness on his face is everything. The staff clearly invest a lot of time, energy, and enthusiasm for the children and care very much about their development and happiness. Oliver's happiness and well being are my utmost priority and I feel Little Holcombe succeeds in providing this.

Little Holcombe is by far the best nursery in the area and being awarded outstanding by OFSTED is a fantastic achievement. Everything is spot on - the staff are warm, friendly, professional, helpful, facilities are excellent for the children. I feel Corey has come on in leaps and bounds since starting, he loves being there. I cannot recommend a better nursery.

My son Daniel has Down's Syndrome and therefore has special needs. The nursery have been absolutely fantastic at integrating him and meeting his needs, whether that be through working with me or also working with other health professionals involved in his care. Because of his needs I am sometimes reluctant to hand him over to other people, but because of the caring, loving and supportive nature of all the staff I have no hesitation in sending him to nursery.

A fantastic, welcoming nursery where all the staff know all the children. Brilliantly designed rooms are well thought out to meet the developmental needs of the children. Lots of opportunities for pretend play, outside exploration and chat with staff members. I've never heard staff anything other than genuinely interested in what the children have to say. Great communication with parents as well.
