When my child goes to nursery I don't have to worry whether he is happy as I know he is - I'm completely relaxed. In fact I only worry about what he will miss if I pick him up too soon!

Little Holcombe is a fantastically welcoming environment both within the lively and stimulating rooms as well as outside in the safe and beautiful grounds. Without a doubt, the overriding factor in ensuring such a fabulous nursery is the management team. All of the staff show incredibly dedicated commitment and care to the children, who feel safe, happy and loved, which is everything a parent wants. Thanks a million

The staff really love the children! They are all without exception kind, caring, enthusiastic and committed. You can see that they get attached to all the children and really see each child as an individual. We have had children at this nursery for 8 years now and still continue to be delighted with it. The quality of staff management must be very good - there are many members of staff who remember our older children.

The quality of provision is excellent, as are the relationships with children and parents. The environment is bright and stimulating. The staff are warm, friendly and approachable at all times. Transition between rooms is very good. My little boy runs to nursery every day, he is extremely happy and very well cared for.

The care my kids get at nursery is brilliant. They are stimulated, encouraged, challenged and cared for. The staff are lovely, the food is great and most importantly the children are happy and thriving.

Little Holcombe cares for every childs needs as an individual, our daughter has epilepsy and learning difficulties. They make it easier for us to go to work, knowing they are fully trained if she has a seizure and at no time has any of this been too much to ask them. They work on her speech therapy so it links into the child development centre, the staff really do care!

The nursery is very well organised, well presented, very clean and tidy. All the staff are exceptional - very helpful, caring and the children love them all. The nursery makes every day fun, exciting and educational. I would not send my daughter anywhere else.

All the "aunties" at Little Holcombe provide the best care and provide the children with lots of varied activities making learning fun at the same time. Up to pre-school parents receive a detailed day sheet of what their child has done that day, which is always good to know, especially something like taking the first few steps!! And they are there to help if you need any childcare advice.

Little Holcombe is an excellent nursery where the staff often go beyond what their job is. They are supportive to you and your child through all their development within nursery. It is a highly organised nursery and the staff really care about the children. I would not send any of my children elsewhere.

In the past I have visited several nurseries in the hope to find the best for our children. When we first walked in to Little Holcombe Nursery we couldn't find any faults. Everyone is very friendly and want what is best for our children. 5 *****

I have always taken the quality of Little Holcombe Nursery's care for granted until recently. Following a separation from my husband, the staff at the nursery have been nothing short of exceptional. The care, understanding and parental support they have shown has been invaluable to me and my family. They have helped me to maintain security and routine for my daughter and I can't thank them enough.

My child has attended a few nurseries and none of them come close to this one. From day one we were made to feel very welcome. The staff are always happy to speak to you and are excellent around the children. The nursery itself is always maintained to the highest standards. All the staff in the nursery are friendly and welcoming. They interact beautifully with the children, speaking to them in a positive child-focussed way. Fantastic activities are always on offer plus a well designed garden to explore whatever the weather. Most important of all Amy loves coming to see her Aunties and friends.

I have always found the Little Holcombe team very friendly and helpful. I am updated everyday on my son's progress within the nursery. Every aspect of my son's abilities and development are catered for and I always know he is safe, happy and enjoying socialising and learning with other children. This all makes me feel reassured that he is in good hands.

Little Holcombe has excellent learning and play facilities and Sam has developed into a confident child who interacts happily with others. We get a weekly update explaining the topics and themes to be covered in the following week. There is excellent handover/ interaction with parents and all the staff are very supportive of any special requests. Sam is a very happy boy who loves to tell us about his exciting day - we have no hesitation in recommending this nursery, it is excellent.

Jessica has been going to Little Holcombe since she was six months old, she is now three. She is always excited to go, all the staff know her and make her really welcome at each stage she has moved up to. They always do a wide variety of activities and obviously a lot of thought has gone into making learning fun and interesting for the children. Their facilities outside and indoors are the best I have seen.

The nursery is fantastic. Having experienced two other nurseries in the area it is clearly visible when you walk through the door that they are on another level at Little Holcombe and that's why they are an outstanding nursery. I only wish my son had been attending from the start!

Little Holcombe Nursery is a unique setting for children first starting out in life. At a time of uncertainty and anxiety for parents this nursery provides a caring, nurturing and safe environment for the most precious thing in your life, staff become part of your extended family. The outstanding provision challenges your child to grow inquisitively and in awe and wonder. I only wish my child could stay until he is 18 years old!
