We went to look at a car and were introduced to Muj, who was very polite, immaculately dressed, knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. After a dismal visit to a Jaguar dealer earlier in the day, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a family run company where nothing felt scripted or pressured. We knew it was late when we arrived and expected to return another day but we were told 'we will close when you are ready to leave' We were made to feel that our custom was appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble.

Just bought my Mercedes from here. Very professional service. All questions and concerns answered. Everything explained in the step by step process. Part exchange value was very good as well. Very reasonable rates on the extended warranty too. Able to drive away my new car on the same day. I dealt with Muj on the day and he was great. He even offered to sort out my private reg plates so one less thing to worry about. Woukd highly recommend the The Car Co.

Very prompt with customer care and assistance, I would say he went well beyond to look after me and the purchase. The car itself was everything it was reported to be, paperwork was seamless so I can not recommend them highly enough.

Buying a new car should be special and The Car Co certainly made it feel that way. Simon was a pleasure to deal with, helpful, honest and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. I got sent videos and he was always available to answer my queries. I was a bit nervous buying a car I hadn’t seen in the metal but I had no reason to be, the car was as described and the 7 day review period or your money back gave peace of mind.
