I decided to part ways with my X5 M50D I truly loved this car but she was a problem from day one had nothing but constant issues with her and decided enough was enough, I randomly called in at the Car Co in bury as a start of my new car journey my options were endless, they had a great selection of prestigious cars on off from electric to S.U.V, and everything in-between I had put some thought into my next vehicle to replace the X5 (reluctantly) and the Car Co had the car I wanted an audi S5 (been advised against RS models) I browsed around the forecourt for around 30mins before a lad came out and asked if I needed any assistance a lad called longin, we had a good chat about my options and the process and he pointed me in the right direction but with no pressure whatsoever it was all my choice and he went with it and also advised me on his personal opinion, I totally understand sales people can be a little to nice and OTT but this lad was great, no pressure, had a laugh, advised for and against my options and sat me down to talk through there procedures.
He valued my vehicle, arranged a test drive off the vehicle I was interested in (again no pressure to buy) my vehicle was taken behind the scenes to see if what I told them was legitimate and we did a deal, I part exed my problem X5 for a high spec S5 with warranty, and service package!!! Longin evan gave me his metal polish from the boot of his own S3 to chrome my exhaust pipes up đź‘Ť
Even now after 3 months of doing this deal had issues with D.V.L.A over log books never once was I under pressure from the team at Car Co!!!
Would recommend this company and team ( in particular longin) for any prestigious vehicle purchase in the future and I recommend you give them a try aswell you won't be disappointed.

I wish every car sales representative could be like Ash. Words can't express how great Ash customer service support was. Just to say it the way I feel Ash has been the best car customer service advisor that I have every deal with. It was very easy to purchase the car and delivery was easy and on time. However there were lots of little errors with the car- starting with broken light and wheel arch not pinned in. These were rectified quickly and apologies received. Then we had no ssid code and the car wouldn’t charge (it’s a hybrid) so we had to go to a Mitsubishi garage and get this fixed so was without the car for a day again. The car did not come with a charging cable and the independent garage advised that used cars normally do. We also found a butter knife under one of the passenger seats. It has been frustrating with all the bits that have cropped up as we would have expected them to have been picked up either in valet or in check esp as the car was £20k and we were told it was such high quality that the price could not be wiggled on. Without the rainham Mitsubishi garage we would have a fancy hybrid that didn’t do it’s hybrid function.

After driving 2 hours in the rain we arrived at Car Co, to see the Mersedes GLC 250d AMG. and on arrival the car was parked ready for us to to view and looked stunning.
Have previously spoken the Muj who sent us a walk round video of the the car detailing everything, but unfortunately was off he asked Abdul to look after us which he did in a very friendly, down to earth and professional way.
I would definitely recommend the Car Co if you are looking for the perfect car, a very professional and friendly team, with some fantastic car for sale.
Big thank to Abdul for taking the time to deal us on the day and Muj for setting it up and his excellent communication throughout the process.
