Surprisingly good, very comfy bed and pillows. Nice modern bathroom. Fantastic steak and sticky toffee pudding which is my favourite.

The usual Village experience; great staff, modern rooms, limited menu that has just jumped in price! I like the village group hotels but they could do so much better with a different menu.

Stayed 1 night and it was excellent. The price was very reasonable and with that you get free parking, free Wi-Fi, very friendly and helpful staff and a very nice presentable room. Also there is an onsite pub and Starbucks. I would highly recommend.

Big airey entrance, welcoming and helpful staff. Visited for a conference with work, easy to find, car park could do with being a bit bigger, a few people parked at funny angles and squished in.

A very nice hotel with a large comfortable room. Sadly kids are not allowed in the empty pool until 9am so kids were not happy - please note - kids have limited swimming times.

Always friendly service in the bar and restaurant. Nice rooms. Great gym and pool. Lots of exercise classes for all abilities and tastes.

Very easy to find, just off the M66, junction 2. Good hotel for either business or social events. Advise paying for a Club room. Plenty of parking and a good pub just across the road.

Room we stayed in was first class, the staff in the reception area showed a high level of professionalism, very attentive and full of enthusiasm to look after us. Very impressive.

Went for the carvery on Sunday, it wasn't bad but it has gone downhill compared to a couple of years ago. The choice just isn't the same as it used to be so the value for money isn't as good.

Always a very nice place to sleep the hotel is always clean the Starbucks is a must and the breakfast is top notch and the staff are always on hand to help I come here every couple of months and have never been disappointed

Good motorway links. A standard Village Hotel with pool and fitness facilities. Can be very busy at weekends if they are hosting a wedding. Plenty of parking.

On arrival staff were very helpful and friendly I wanted a taxi and they helped me calling for one for me room was clean and spacious but I found the room at night to be hot and stuffy couldn't open the window and it was a hot day overall my stay was pleasant east to get to the family very cost effective would recommend it
