great hotel, convenient location, staff friendly location facilities for residents - children weren’t allowed in pool before 9am and after 6pm so staying only one night meant my son didn’t get much pool time before we had to check out. would have been helpful if residents of hotel (no matter of age) could be allowed to use the pool along with their parents during the centres opening hours.

The swimming pool is definitely a plus. The gym is a bit run down. Theme rooms 3+.

Very good Clean big rooms . Good food and facilities Getting served at the bar took a long time ( approx 10 minutes ), due to lots of people due to a football match on big screen. Need more staff during peak periods. One of my colleagues did not get his Dinner until it was raised .

Superb Great facilities!! Very minor grumble that the rooms are a little dark even with all the lights on ...but really...a very very minor thing

Only hotel in Bury? it’s a nice big hotel with bells and whistles. only hotel I think had a bad night because of other guests. hotel eventually dealt with it and did provide a 50% refund. however it was arguably the worst nights sleep we’ve ever had to pay for

Hotel is clean and staff very polite. Vegan and vegetarian options on the bar menu are extremely poor. Vegan burger, super salad or humus wrap

pool were great the only reason I booked to this hotel was their pool. starbuck cafe downstairs was a big bonus. Also the receptionist were very good and helpful during our check in & checkout. we came to Manchester due to our big Zumba event, the biggest one jn europe, so i need facilities to help entertain my kids & my husband. looking forward for next year! definitely will comeback the sour face from the receptionist at the pool . even my kids said Hi to her, but seems like she doesn’t care & her face only stick at the computer. hearing problem maybe 😂. other than that, on our first night our sleep was disrupted by the couple argument next door. with door slammed and shouting to each other at the corridor floor for good 2 hours. I’m surprised no security came to the rescue. no telephone in the room to complain so that’s quite disappointing.

A really fun place to stay with a really nice pool, sauna and steam room Evening access to the pool was a problem as spa reception staff weren't there.

Property facilities were fine and it is a convenient location. The walls / sound proofing are on the low end as I could hear a lot of a very loud argument from midnight onwards…

Good but pricy for basic facilities The bed was super comfy and soft and kept us warm during the night. I liked the bath was included. I did not like the coffee sachets taste and the shower would not turn on without the taps running at the same time so this was a waste of water.

Excellent stay, location and easy. Excellent stay, exactly what I needed, easy off motorway, loads of parking, easy check in, decent room. Good night sleep, fine Wi-Fi for morning emails, good breakfast, easy, good value and on again. Will certainly come back when at leisure and explore everything else the site has to offer. Didn't have any negative experiences.

Overall a great weekend would definitely return N/a didn't have breakfast The noise level due to low ceilings made the bar area very hard to have a conversation

Front of Hotel staff were really great and friendly. Bar staff also friendly and efficient. No hot water in room, was hotel wide issue over a couple of days, not enough light in bathroom to put on makeup, lift lights were perfect for this though, and a hole under the windowsill but radiators nice and hot which made up for this, although bright light shone through onto sleeping area. Can't ask for help without downloading an app or going to reception. Would choose another hotel in future, due to these issues, so not installing another app. Great location though for easy and quick trip into great Bury nightlife, so worth considering for this reason.

great comfy stay great facilities little noisy if staying by the stairs due to the door (only a small thing it didn’t ruin our stay) just needs a bit of oil ☺️

Stayed one night as was a great location for a meeting I was attending nearby. Ate in the restaurant and food was reasonable. All the staff I encountered were friendly. Room was comfortable and clean, however was quite noisy with people coming and going into different rooms late into the evening/early morning.

Pleasant The location was great and the breakfast was a buffet so you could have as much as you wanted which was fab 👍 Allthough their was tea facilities it would of been nice to have some little packets of biscuits to go with it every hotel ive stayed in before has had them and even b&bs also some bottles of so that if you didn't want tea or coffee you had a choice other than drinking from the tap. Also i would make a suggestion that they should put a vending machine in these hotels because if you are up late and the bar is shut thats it you cant get a snack or anything apart from tea and coffee this was very disappointing if im honest.

Great as always I love village hotels in general this was very close to Manchester so wad perfect for us Only thing I had was they tried to charge me £1.50 for my towels in the morning for swimming I had me and my two daughters and wife they told me to go back to the room and use the towels from there I said they are wet but still said I had to pay. In the end they just gave me some but I feel if you have paid for a room paid for drinks and food at the hotel I'm sure a towel for swimming isn't much to ask for? Be hey yeah I would stay again and no I won't pay for towels 🤣
