A really fun place to stay with a really nice pool, sauna and steam room Evening access to the pool was a problem as spa reception staff weren't there.

Property facilities were fine and it is a convenient location. The walls / sound proofing are on the low end as I could hear a lot of a very loud argument from midnight onwards…

Good but pricy for basic facilities The bed was super comfy and soft and kept us warm during the night. I liked the bath was included. I did not like the coffee sachets taste and the shower would not turn on without the taps running at the same time so this was a waste of water.

Excellent stay, location and easy. Excellent stay, exactly what I needed, easy off motorway, loads of parking, easy check in, decent room. Good night sleep, fine Wi-Fi for morning emails, good breakfast, easy, good value and on again. Will certainly come back when at leisure and explore everything else the site has to offer. Didn't have any negative experiences.

Overall a great weekend would definitely return N/a didn't have breakfast The noise level due to low ceilings made the bar area very hard to have a conversation

Front of Hotel staff were really great and friendly. Bar staff also friendly and efficient. No hot water in room, was hotel wide issue over a couple of days, not enough light in bathroom to put on makeup, lift lights were perfect for this though, and a hole under the windowsill but radiators nice and hot which made up for this, although bright light shone through onto sleeping area. Can't ask for help without downloading an app or going to reception. Would choose another hotel in future, due to these issues, so not installing another app. Great location though for easy and quick trip into great Bury nightlife, so worth considering for this reason.

great comfy stay great facilities little noisy if staying by the stairs due to the door (only a small thing it didn’t ruin our stay) just needs a bit of oil ☺️

Stayed one night as was a great location for a meeting I was attending nearby. Ate in the restaurant and food was reasonable. All the staff I encountered were friendly. Room was comfortable and clean, however was quite noisy with people coming and going into different rooms late into the evening/early morning.

Pleasant The location was great and the breakfast was a buffet so you could have as much as you wanted which was fab 👍 Allthough their was tea facilities it would of been nice to have some little packets of biscuits to go with it every hotel ive stayed in before has had them and even b&bs also some bottles of so that if you didn't want tea or coffee you had a choice other than drinking from the tap. Also i would make a suggestion that they should put a vending machine in these hotels because if you are up late and the bar is shut thats it you cant get a snack or anything apart from tea and coffee this was very disappointing if im honest.

Great as always I love village hotels in general this was very close to Manchester so wad perfect for us Only thing I had was they tried to charge me £1.50 for my towels in the morning for swimming I had me and my two daughters and wife they told me to go back to the room and use the towels from there I said they are wet but still said I had to pay. In the end they just gave me some but I feel if you have paid for a room paid for drinks and food at the hotel I'm sure a towel for swimming isn't much to ask for? Be hey yeah I would stay again and no I won't pay for towels 🤣

Relaxing and enjoyed it very much. liked everything but there could be a few minor improvements The lighting in the room was insufficient for putting make up on. The bathroom lighting was better but the mirror was steamed up from the shower so found it very difficult. There was no conditioner in shower - a must for long hair. I had to ask for extra towels because of my long hair but there’s no phone to call reception so tried to ring via app but either the WiFi signal was extremely weak or the app wasn’t working? Tried without WiFi but still had same problem. Was also trying to find out when the pool closed and what time food was served til but no info in the room and as previously mentioned, I couldn’t get on the app which resulted in rushing down for food. Also, the Verve restaurant wasn’t open so had to eat twice in the bar & grill and didn’t find there was enough variation. I wanted to have breakfast delivered to the room but that wasn’t an option so we had to get up early to have breakfast despite having paid £15 for a late checkout so we could stay in bed. There was no water in the coffee machine and I had to ask for bacon and white bread as it hadn’t been topped up. Despite these minor issues we had a great day/night and an amazing sleep but these little things would have just made it a 10/10.
