The staff in the bar were extremely polite and friendly, especially Megan B, they were very welcoming and I will be visiting again more often, Great vibrant atmosphere, a pleasant place to go on another out.

The room was great with access to the spa and gym which was also great. Breakfast was good too but they gave me a disabled room which is not a real problem but the sink was lowered and made using the sink difficult.

Arrived and checked in, went to room to find the sky on tv was not working even though we payed extra for, fortunately we go moved to a new club room but we had problems with the toilet constantly running and made me and my partner not have the best of sleeps. However when we went down to the bar a lovely lady who served us (think her name was chloe) she was very chatty and helpful and a good member of the company. Shame we couldn’t get sleep as that ruined our stay

I only stayed one night and I wish it had been longer. My room was super cosy and the bed was comfy too. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I will be staying again as I travel from Scotland down to the south very often. This hotel will be out of my way a bit but I would rather travel that little bit longer and have a great nights sleep than stay in a hotel which is not as nice. Great price too!! Would recommend!

80s night Staff were extremely helpful, Emma on reception went over and above. Room a lovely size and very clean. Would stay again. Attended an 80s night. Next time will use more of the facilities. Breakfast was lovely. No glass to use for water. The turn off is not well sign posted to actually get to the hotel.

for the last 8 years i have stayed here many times but not stayed at the Village at Bury as last time they cancelled a confirmed booking, so stayed last night at to my shock they have now started charging £5 to park here no mention of this before you book. When i challenged this some people get this for free. Red hall hotel just up the road very nice as well and car parking is be free, Wont be at the village again

Pleasant I booked via booking.com to be told on arrival that there were no rooms left. After sitting for 45 mins trying to find somewhere else to stay (at 12am In the morning) I was told that a room had somehow become available. I was inconvenienced by the tactic of selling more rooms then you have. I was in the hotel for almost 8 hours and paid 100 pound ish for the privilege. Staff were fantastic / room was clean.

Arrived on friday night and parking was free for the weekend so that was a good start. No reception desk which looked daunting but the automated check in is really simple. The room was great, nice decor and bathroom- just a shame the view was out the back but nothing can be done about that. Our sleep was disturbed by other guests getting pizza delivered noisily in the small hours of the mornning. If this really has to happpen could it not be dropped off at the front desk and the customer collect it? Anyway not really the hotel's fault. My one complaint is breakfast. Half the items were missing from the self service and no attempt was made to keep them filled up. The toaster was the same antiquated and ineffiecient machine you see in holiday resorts abroad with bread going round several times before it gets brown. Overall a good stay and we would do it again.

Hi my wife and I are here with our football club we have being coming to this hotel for years. From the take over of the hotel and moving the bar things have when down hill the breakfast for one half cooked sausages and bacon, tea and coffee come in water jugs you would get in a hospital. We where here in December for the 2 morning we were here the chef could not go and get eggs for breakfast. And for staff in the bar and for food you get not get a drink our order food you need more staff. Staff to look after the bar and someone just doing the food I thank you if you can message back
