Helen’s career began at the University of Manchester where she spent 25 years in senior administrative and support roles connected with international scientific and technological research management, with a strong focus on the offshore oil and gas industry.
In 2007, Helen took the decision to leave her position and establish herself as a Virtual PA. She set up PA-as-you-go.com and worked in a consultative capacity with a variety of clients to build and develop their businesses. These clients included financial services, recruitment consultancy, legal firms, a magician and a dating agency!
Helen went on to become the full time Practice Manager for one of her financial services clients and played a key role in establishing and developing the support infrastructure and client liaison operations. She subsequently joined Hunt Minas in Bury and is helping to raise the profile of the Practice within the local business community.
