We have recently let a house through Belvoir. We found the service extremely professional and, importantly, very pro-active. Within 24hrs of the Belvoir team viewing the property we had a listing on "Rightmove" with photographs and we had a verbal agreement to let within 10 days. Chris and Phil followed this up very proactively organising all administration (let only service) along with competitively pricing and executing some minor remedial works (through their retained contractors).
