I had a very wonderful and heartwarming experience with Balgores Chelmsford. The estate agent Ben Vainola was helpful right from the first moment of our call, despite entering the close hour of the work day, he attended to me immediately I made enquiry about our flat and assisted me in my journey to acquire our new apartment. The process was very smooth , my expectations were met and my desire was satisfied , I am very happy with the service and my new flat. We've had continuous good property management service from Balgores. I addition, we've just had excellent service on reletting our property. Especial thanks to Bobbi Scott (PM), Jody Manno (Lettings) and Chris Ping. We've now been with Balgores for over 8 years.
We'd like to thank Mica for her very pro-active approach to finding tenants for our property. She's been great finding tenants each time we need to. In fact, within a day of advertising this time she had a tenant viewing the property....and just 10 days later the tenant had moved in. All very well managed.
She listened carefully to our needs, their needs and matched the two sides. She minimised the time between tenants for us, but allowed time for us to redecorate, whilst quickly solving the tenants' problem - their previous property had fallen through. Balgores have been our letting and management agents for 5 years and that has been a good choice on both sides.

We are very pleased with our service using Balgores in Chelmsford, we had a few snagging issues with the property when we moved in due to it being empty for a while. Daniel was key in getting these issues sorted out quickly and was a great support throughout. Grace and Ben were also helpful whenever we called the branch.

Very happy with their service. Daniel in their lettings team provided top-notch personalised service in marketing my property, arranging painting, repairs, checks, and cleaning, and finding suitable tenants. He was very responsive and kept me updated at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.

Starr West is a proven property professional. I received a friendly and professional service from the moment Starr answered my initial call. She was so pleasant to speak with and showed commitment and care towards me. I felt I was being treated in very high regard. Balgores Allannah at the Chelmsford estate agents is the most incredible and most pro active agent l have dealt with, and l sell property for a living, she is excellent and goes over and beyond for both seller and buyers. She worked with my tenant to fit the viewings and was on hand 24/7 even on Sunday. Even after all her hard work l made mistake not checking my redemption penalty and she was happy to pause the sale, even after the professional photos were taken. I would not use anyone else she’s the best.

Balgores were the last agents that we meet, however they stood out as a professional and active team, the property was sold quickly at a good price and the process went very smoothly with regular updates and chase ups by the team.
They gave me great advice and guidance all through the sale.
