Since joining the gym I have become myself again. As a Mum I didn't have the time to exercise and keep healthy but here I can. The facilities are fantastic, the classes good fun and Lucy helped me get my fitness back. I have lost 3 stone and will be doing my first half marathon after never running. They provide advice and support and it has now become a way of life. Brampton Manor has given me a new view of life and I love it!
