I have always been very pleased with the brilliant standard of Kelly's work; she always listens to her clients' wishes and is excellent at interpreting their requirements. Her levels of colouring and cutting skills are outstanding, and I inevitably receive compliments after a visit from Kelly! I have unhesitatingly recommended her to members of my family as well as friends and work colleagues. Kelly is extremely personable, trustworthy and accommodating in all her dealings with her clients, which is essential as her profession involves being invited into their homes. She is always happy and chatty and is on time for every appointment; a visit from Kelly is always a pleasurable experience! She is always prepared to be flexible if there is a problem, or if unforseen circumstances mean that a date or time need to be changed. She keeps up to date with new techniques and ensures that her equipment is appropriate for every task. Kelly is an excellent mobile hairdresser.
