Very reliable, have used Jerry for several plumbing and heating jobs around the house over the last few years with always an excellent job. Boiler broke down just before Christmas when it was snowing and frezzing. Jerry came out within 2 hours and fixed it within 30 mins from spares he carries in stock. Great service.
