Kelly the owner of this business gives her clients the utmost attention at all times, she visits intermittently throughout the installation process and discusses any variations to the design that may or may not be necessary. I found the entire process to be smooth and high quality. The team that work for Kelly at FBT are polite clean and efficient, they were on time every day and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day and paid attention to detail, they quite obvioulsy took pride in their work. I am delighted with the quality of the finish and the quality of the component parts that I have in my en-suite and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a quality installation.
