Having our 50th birthday and 15th wedding anniversary celebration at Farleigh’s on 7th September was absolutely fantastic! The setting alone was enough to give the wow factor – what a beautiful place – but with the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, who could ask for more? Everyone who attended the party thoroughly enjoyed themselves and even after the event, flooded us with phone calls, texts and emails to say what a wonderful time they had. Entertainment wise, there was something for everyone, from children to adults.
We’ve got to say a special thank you to Lina, our main co-ordinator for the evening, and her team. Lina was exceptional in her welcoming approach and her warmness throughout the evening. She always kept us updated and had us ready and prepared when each course was ready to be served during the evening entertainment. And the food – well done, our menu combination was great and enjoyed by all. Organising an event like this would normally be extremely stressful to say the least but from the planning stages all the way through to the end of the final evening was totally perfect.
In all, thank you Fran for your time and generosity leading up to the event and also to Lina, Marc and the rest of the team (two lovely ladies and I think Richard?). We look forward to hopefully seeing you all again for other events in the future.

A wedding day is supposed to be one of the most stressful days of your life! The staff and The venue itself at Farleigh meant it was the most enjoyable day ever.
Sam was new to the organiser position at Farleigh when we first met and what a difference she made straight away. The event plan was completed with such detail it immediately made us comfortable that the day would be a success.
Having lived in Warlingham all my life I've known Farleigh since it opened as a golf club. The new owners have clearly invested in the venue in the right way and all of our guests said how much the venue had changed for the better.
On the days itself everything was perfect, the rain stayed away, the venue was beautifully presented and decorated, the food unbelievable and the wine even better.
The staff made us as the bride and groom feel like we were the only couple having a wedding there this year.
A few of our decorations had to be moved around during the day, this was done without 1 item being out of place.
A special mention to Sam for organising everything so well, she has such warming welcoming character, Mark to looking after us all day, he was so professional but down to earth with it, and John the Marshall who helped with transporting us across the course for different pictures we had planned. Fran also who was great throughout.
All of our guests commented on how good the venue, the food, the wine and the service was.
The nearest wedding type venue to Farleigh is Selsdon park hotel, i would urge you all to look into Farleigh rather than the Selsdon park if you are planning a wedding in this area.

I have been to Farleigh,Club and Restaurant two Sundays in a row, on 13th October we had the Carvery and very nice it was, although the Roast Beef, was very Rare as indeed was the Pork, to the extent we only had the Turkey! not big Turkey lovers, the Veg was very good, the starter was very nice, I must say the Staff were exceptional, so friendly and so helpful.
Yesterday,Sunday 20th, we dined in Nineteen, two ordered the Roast Beef, on the promise that it would be well done! they turned up very Rare! the Staff were very apologetic and immediately returned the Roast Beef, to have it Cooked properly! after quite a wait the plates were returned, the Roast Beef had clearly, been in the Microwave, but sadly still not cooked and could not be consumed. what should have been a memorable occasion, is for all the wrong reasons, I am so disappointed, The Staff were fantastic, the surroundings were magnificent, come on Chefs? you can do better.

Well done Farleigh court for helping make my best friends wedding perfect! We could not fault you anywhere and made it so there was nothing that needed doing on the day but having the most fun. The staff were brilliant, friendly and attentive. Mark was there for everything we needed from extra gravy and bread rolls to emergency safety pins to the required banter for photo taking. He remained professional at all times but approachable and helpful and always with a smile on his face. The marshall was also friendly and happy to take us around the golf course for photographs. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful meeting our every need. The food turned up quickly and was beautiful. Could not fault it in anyway. It was prompt and no one was left waiting yet you were not rushed at any stage. There was never a long wait at the bar and there was no feeling of being pressured to leave at the end. Absolutely fantastic venue and staff with stunning views for photographs. I have already recommended you to a couple looking for a wedding venue!

We have eaten here several times and been pleased every thime with the food but today was excellent due mainly to the incredible friendliness of Lina. Also we noted that the tables had been repositioned and giving more closer to the windows hence an even nicer eating experience. WE told Lina this and she thanked us for our comments as they had recenlty changed around the seating and they were pleased to hear the positive feed back.
We shall continue to eat here, as the choice of food, qualtity, friendly staff, free parking and great location are all as much as you could want for a relaxing lunch.

We had our wedding on Sunday 6th October 2013. Absolutely fantastic day from start to finish. Planning a wedding is supposed to be very stressful however Sam was so helpful planning our special day. Nothing with Farleigh is to much or can't be done all the little touches made the day perfect. The day its self went without any glitches. Mark was always around checking everything was ok throughout the whole day staying right up until the end of the night still with a smile on his face. The staff were all attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented.
I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue or a meal at the nineteen restaurant as this is fantastic as well.

Hi Fran, I would like to send a big thank you firstly to yourself for organising the evening so well and also to all the staff who looked after us so attentively during the evening. The prize giving evening was a great success and everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves. The room and tables looked really lovely and the set-up was perfect. I would also like to send my compliments to the chef as all the food on my table was excellent, piping hot and very well presented, we all enjoyed our meal very much.

Farleigh is rightly known for the excellent Nineteen Restaurant but it should be remembered that the Carvery was there first and enjoyed good support from guests who appreciated the consistent quality and value of carvery food but preferred the club atmosphere rather than that of a crowded pub restaurant. One recent Sunday we found that such is the reputation of Nineteen for quality of food and service it had been completely taken over by a private party and so we decided to revisit the Carvery after an absence of almost two years. We were not disappointed. We found that the presentation and emphasis had changed inso far as what was offered was virtually the equivalent of a full restaurant meal but obviously with predominantly self service . There was soup which could be followed with a choice of hot and cold dishes by way of hors d'oeuvres salads,battered prawns, quiche, smoked salmon and a hot smoked haddock dish; then on to the main carvery with roasts and piping hot vegetables! The desserts were most attractive and tempting making choice difficult. Coffee was included and, of course, everything was supervised courtesy of the always superbly efficient and friendly Farleigh staff members. Try it soon - you will not be disappointed

Booked a function room for Sunday lunch and 29 guests. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and so was the service. We were all very impressed with the décor and setting.

Many thanks to Fran, the chef and all the team at Farleigh for a wonderful time at our ladies Christmas lunch last Saturday. The room was beautifully decorated and the food was excellent and well presented and the staff were so friendly and could not do enough to add to our enjoyment for the day. All the ladies said it was our best Christmas celebration ever.

Had a great evening at Farleigh on the 6th December, went for staff Christmas party and was the best. The staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to much trouble. The food was excellent, everybody raved about the roast potatoes. It was decorated very well and the seating was also good. Could not give a negative feedback here music, dj, staff, bar everything was spot on. Thanks for a great night.

This is our second year running at Farleigh for our work's Christmas party and even though last year was good, this year was excellent!! In all honesty the meal last year was okay but this year it was fantastic and big portions also. we had 13 guests in our party and everybody had 100% positive feedback.
The team at Farleigh were brilliant especially Fran who looked after us all the way through including the night itself. Nothing was too much trouble, even managed to book an extra place on our table right at the last minute!

Once again we chose to have our Christmas Party at Farleigh Golf Club and once again we we not disappointed with our choice.
The food was excellent given that is was served on mass, the waiting staff were polite and hard working clearing away dirty plates and cracker debris without a fuss. The DJ was accomodating with the endless requests from merry staff and kept the dancing/fun going.
I have to say that the Events team, especially Fran, were great, dealing with all my little queries effectively. It was great to meet Fran and to see her ensuring all went smoothly on the night. The personal touch went a long way to making an successful night.

We had our work Christmas party at Farleigh on the 13th Dec. On arrival, none of us felt in the Christmas mood- but thanks to the great party atmosphere, Christmas music, lovely staff and surrounding we all felt very festive when leaving.
Very impressed with the standard of the food, which came with plenty of vegetables and potatoes, the dessert was equally as nice!!
We were in a party room with a few other companies which made for a really good night as they were all very nice. The D.J had people up and dancing before the coffee had time to reach the table!!
It was a great night had by all and I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Having enjoyed an annual Christmas dinner/dance at various venues with friends for the past 10 years we decided to choose Farleigh this year. There were 16 of us in all and no complaints at all. The food was served HOT at the table, friendly efficient staff and great DJ. Highly recommended but don't book until I've my crowd in for next year please!

Second year we have chosen Farleigh for our Christmas party night - again an excellent evening. Welcomed with a glass of chilled bubbly, the food was delicious. Some of our party requested items not on the set menu (due to dietary problems) - this was not problem at all for the kitchen staff - well done them on such a busy evening. The only downside was the party finished at midnight - we would have loved to continue longer - DJ was great.

We went to Farleigh Christmas party night and there was 12 in our party. We all had a really fantastic time and the food was lovely, and there was a good choice on the menu.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and were happy to help. The evening was good and everybody had an excellent time.
You should go and try the daytime menu as well. I think that Farleigh has really improved over the last year and the Sunday carvery is excellent, but I would advise to book as we tried to just turn up and get a table, fully booked

Second festive party at Farleigh in the past two years. The venue is upmarket, with beautiful tasteful decor. We were a party of 20 and from enquiry to booking to the event, everything went so smooth, the events team really took the hassle out of everything and were happy to help whenever contacted.
Food once again was excellent, THE best roast potatoes I have ever had, amazing, worth going for them alone! :)

We had a great night out, our third consecutive party night. The new events team are fab nothing was too much trouble, the food was fantastic, even the salmon - difficult to get right, was perfect. My only request would be to go back to a 1am finish midnight is too early the evening is just getting going.

42 of us - room 1 is a light and bright room with external access negating the need to go through the main golf club entrance. Good permanently installed AV system worked well. Coffee (some moaned that it wasn't great), orange juice, water jugs on the tables and so on. All very nicely done and all the staff were incredibly helpful. Mid morning freshly cooked cookies were devine and disappeared quickly! Sandwich lunch with chunky chips was said by all to have been excellent. All in all, a top class experience and we will be returning to use the conference facilities again.

We went there for the first time on Sunday 7th April. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff were attentive and helpful. All in all we had a marvellous time. I will certainly recommend the restaurant to my friends and look forward to dining there again with friends/family.
