I cannot recommend McCarthy cars highly enough. The Service was outstanding. A very fair price agreed in terms of the part exchange and purchase price if my Jeep Cherokee.

I bought an X Trail from McCarthy Cars and have been very pleased with it. The initial problems I had with it were dealt with to my satisfaction and in a businesslike manner and Iv'e had coming up to two years, trouble free running. I paid a good price for it but I realize McCarthys have to make a profit and have costs to pay out so, I don't have a problem with that and, it was the best one I had seen or have seen since, of that year, on the market. I would go to their website first should I be looking to change it: which I'm not!

I wish I had discovered McCarthy Cars sooner! The car I bought was exactly what I wanted. Mr McMarthy, and the staff were very helpful. The whole experience was excellent. I will definitely return to them for my next car but sadly...it won’t be for a bit!!

Mcarthy cars are as a sales company a very good one, except that if your car is over 100k miles they say that they will give you a 1000 pounds insurance but you end up paying for it, that is not free, it's chargeable not included and they won't tell you that, regarding service before I went there I went to main dealer and a problem as raised , the suspension was damaged after a year and I said that I wanted that done on insurance, but was told that maybe I wouldn't be covered by insurance as it was a wear and tear problem of course I didn't left the car there as if the insurance didn't cover I would have to pay for it at a price that I was not willing to pay as I could get it done cheaper some where else,I did the free MOT with Mcarthy's, didn't pass and I said to let me know how much it would cost me to repair that and no one had the decency to reply to me even though this was my work car, also from day one the hazard triangle is missing and a faulty key that was supposed to be given to me and so far after almost two years no one even bothered to call me to check that out and see if all is ok and that they are taken care of what was missing from day one.
So this company for me as sales is fine as follow up service company is crap.

I have nothing but praise for McCarthy Cars. Their customer service is the best I have ever had from a car dealership. They offer great finance packages. Best of all their cars are superb and totally reliable. they will even deliver your car to your front door at no charge.

McCarthy Cars have been fantastic. I was anxious about purchasing my first car. They were friendly, helpful and put no pressure on me. They were equally brilliant when my suspension needed replacing which they did under warranty. I can't recommend McCarthy Cars enough.

A year ago, McCarthy Cars picked us up when we had no car from East Croydon, we looked at cars, did test drives. Loved a make and model.
There was a car coming in that was not on the forecourt yet but we knew we liked it based on test driving other cars of the same make and model.
We put a deposit down, came and test drove the car a week later, after being picked up again as we still had no car and we drove our dream car away that same day.
Since then we have had a minor service, MOT (no advisories) and an air-con re-gas, all very professionally done... and yes I did get picked up to and from the service.
Best used car sales experience I have had in over 25 years bar none!

I purchased my ML350 from Macarthys over five years ago. They helped me gain finance and have excellent after sale service ensuring I continue with my Warranty which has proved invaluable.
