Just to let you know that I have now had my Rover 75 back for a week and guess what…. It starts every time now.
Please pass on my thanks to the technician(s) for making my Rover all better again, and also thanks to whoever improvised and made a new tab insert for the roof rack strip (the original one was missing), it looks really good.
I would like to say that I am very impressed with the level of service I have received from you both and your staff. I feel that McCarthy Cars have gone the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. Thank you all very much and I will definitely be recommending McCarthy Cars.

Dear Mr McCarthy,
The vehicle was in excellent condition and Marion decided to buy it not only did you offer to deliver the car free of charge from Croydon to our home on the Medway Towns, but when it was delivered Marion noticed that you had fitted a padlock to the spare wheel.
If the car performs half as good as our excellent Customer Service I am sure Marion will have many happy motoring years in her Rav4.
I will certainly recommend your company to anyone, who is thinking of buying a quality used car.

We purchased the car from you in February and from the outset we have received polite, friendly and highly efficient service from you and your staff. The car itself was in excellent condition and we remain thoroughly please and satisfied.

All the slight niggles with the car were resolved without any hesitation or fuss and to a superb standard. Having previously owned a Lexus I can honestly say that the service we recieved from your company was equal if not better to what we were used to.
I would have no hesitation either recommending or buying another car from yourselves in the future.

From our first enquiry via phone to McCarthy Cars, we were pleasantly amazed by the quick and efficient response to all our questions and concerns by Dan. Then following our visit to your Croydon branch, Jim made us feel so much at home, took time to explain every little detail even though we got there late on a Sunday (coming from outside London), honestly we've been blown away by the professional yet friendly service you've given us...all we had to do on the day was DRIVE away...everything had been sorted out by the time we got to McCarthy Cars on the pick up day!!!!!!!
