Being a little apprehensive about purchasing a pre-owned car and all the 'rumours' you hear about the dealers, these were completely dispelled by my experience at McCarthy Cars.
Whilst left to our own devices to look around, once identifying cars we were interested in, the customer service was excellent. We were given details about the cars, inside and out, and were able to taken them for a drive without any salesperson in attendance giving the heavy sales pitch.
Paperwork was happily shown and walked through detail. As a female I didn't feel I was treated any differently than had I been male which is sometimes the case when dealing with anything car related.
Service was friendly from father to son and was able to trust their word on having the car we chose in great condition when we picked it up. I'd recommend McCarthy Cars to anyone looking for their next purchase. All RAC checks, membership, servicing, tax & MOT add on and aftercare gives post purchase comfort.
