From the first call to James to the handover of the keys we felt that we were people rather than just a sale. We travelled up from Wiltshire to have a look at the vehicle with a view to purchase and, as promised, it was ready for us to view at 8.30am. Both Jim and James greeted us and we were left to look around at our leisure and then take the vehicle on a test drive for as long as we required. We returned and were offered coffee whilst we talked through the details: MOT, service history, warranty etc… There was no rush on James’s behalf and I am sure he went over all the details at least three times to ensure we understood and were happy. We left feeling very happy with our new vehicle and our visit to McCarthy cars had been well worth the drive. We would also like to comment on the after service as a week after we had purchased our vehicle we noticed a small problem. We called James and he got the team involved to collect the vehicle from Wiltshire, leaving us a courtesy car, repair it and return it to us asap – in fact it was back with us in three days. Both Jackie and Cathy in the office did all they could to make this process go as seamlessly as possible – fantastic service! Thank you.
