I work for the media and have to get up extremely early in order to make it in for a very early shift. If I don't get a good nights sleep I can be like a zombie the next day. After a few nights bad sleep last December I was like the living dead - hauling my bones around with no purpose. My gardener told me about Matthew Hall. I didn't think it would do any good - but he was so reassuring that this was a problem we could face together that I went for it. I had no idea what he said at the time, but just had an image of being held in a blanket of comfort. I now get at least 7.5 hours sleep a night, can do my job propperly, and have lost weight - I don't need to snack out to boost my energy. I would award 110% to Matthew. Sara K
