I had been putting it off for some time, but i knew I had to give up smoking. My friend Jules told me to go to Matthew. I was amazed to find that he was quite a mikl character and not as commanding as i expected a hypnotist to be. He persuaded my subconscious mind that I didn't want to smoke again.
