I tried for ages to give up smoking with nicotine replacement stuff, but I just didn't have the motivation to give up completely. Even if I did have a few days where I didn't smoke, I found that I couldn't sleep, so was suffering from that. But Matthew taught me to relax my body so much that I didn't need or want to smoke - I didn't need or want nicotine, and I sleep soundly too. Thank you Matthew. Frankie
