I have reached the tenth anniversary of not smoking. Ten years ago I went to see Matt for hypnotherapy and I have not touched a cigarette since. There have been major and minor traumas, but I have not been tempted from the healthy lifestyle I started then. He has been wonderful. When I wore out the cassette tape he gave me, he was good enough to do me a back up CD - which i still listen to. It is a great way to get off to sleep. Thank you Matthew . - Jenny
