I saw Matthew for weight loss in January. I didn't feel comfortable in my clothes and knew that I had to either slim down or buy a whole new wardrobe. He got me to visualise being how I wanted to be, and gradually my weight started to drop off. I could see changes in my behaviour around junk food like crisps and cakes, almost immediately. I have a lot more energy and yes, I have shopped for a new wardrobe - but that is only because my clothes are too big. Hypnosis is amazing.
